Coastal environments are increasingly threatened by climate change. Local authorities face daily challenges to deal with its consequences and need to implement efficient monitoring solutions. We present a cost-effective, real-time video monitoring system that integrates IP cameras, and advanced video processing techniques. This system enables accurate georeferencing and employs deep learning models for automatic shoreline detection, even under adverse conditions. Ongoing developments include coastline evolution analysis to support a coastal warning system with real-time alerts for critical events. This approach offers stakeholders actionable insights for proactive coastal management.Downloads
