Abstract

What hides behind the myth of the labyrinth? Why we continue associating thisfi gure to the shape and direction of the contemporary city? What we expect from this myththat runs throughout the history of Western culture and throws our contemporary spatialcondition to ancient archaic and classical world? This article seeks to provide some answersfrom our time: the labyrinth as a result of the chaos, not as a synonym of disorder but of ahigher order. But above all, it is a device built from art to confuse, testing and fi nally endup causing surprise and refl ection from projects that are close to him.
