Abstract

This paper intends to provide materials for the formulation of future territorial projects for the "Quebrada de Humahuaca", by examining diverse urban plans and projects developed from different levels of government, after the registration of the region as World Heritage Humanity. Thus, it is proposed to link the projects to transform the territory with the agencies that developed them, in order to evince the multiplicity of coexisting strategies, as part of the process to build knowledge. From this approach, this first material is presented as a kind of "territorial record", through systematization of information and planning experiences. With this analytical frame, we seek to articulate a planning perspective -that reasons in terms of policy, management and players-, and a planning that attempts to read and interpret the territory through a design perspective
