Resumen

A Estrutura Verde do Bairro de Alvalade encontra nas escolas, com localização determinada pela aplicação do conceito de“Unidadede Vizinhança” em sede do Plano de Urbanização da Zona a Sul da Avenida Alferes Malheiro (1945), a ancoragem e a continuidade entre a arborização da rede viária e o ajardinamento dos espaços intersticiais gerados pela rede de percursos pedonais hierarquizados entre estas e a habitação. Partindo da análise dos Projetos de Arborização e Ajardinamento dos Centros Escolares elaborados pela primeira geração de técnicos da Câmara Municipal de Lisboa com formação específica em arquitetura paisagista (ministrada em Portugal), o artigo observa as abordagens neste domínio que complementaram a reorganização dos logradouros promovida pelos Projetos de Arquitetura para os Grupos Escolares durante as fases de construção do Plano dos Centenários, onde a influência crescente do Movimento Moderno,comos Valores da Carta de Atenas, procura secundarizar a arquitetura do Estado Novo.

ABSTRACT

The Green Structure of the Alvalade Neighbourhood has in schools, with location determined by the application of the “Neighbourhood Unit” concept within the Plano de Urbanização da Zona a Sul da Avenida Alferes Malheiro (Plan of Urbanization of the Area South of Avenida Alferes Malheiro) (1945), the anchorage and continuity between the forestation of the road system and landscaping of interstitial spaces generated by the network of hierarchical pedestrian walkways among the schools and residential areas. Based on the analysis of Forestation and Landscaping Projects of School Centres elaborated by the first generation of technicians of the Câmara Municipal de Lisboa (Lisbon City Hall) with specific training in landscaping architecture (taught in Portugal), the article looks at the approaches in this domain that complemented the reorganization of the patiospromoted by the Architecture Projects for the School Groups during the building phases of the Plano dos Centenários (Centenary Plan), where the increasing influence of the Modern Movement, withthe Values of the Athens Charter, tries to trivialise the architecture of the Estado Novo (New State).
