Young people, emancipation, social housing, household formation.Abstract
The article is focused on exposing the principal determining factors involved in the emancipation process of young people, based upon data from the censuses and electoral registers, and also from a specific survey, in order to improve the knowledge of this process, and at the same time, to favour and orientate social and housing policies in this area. Starting out from the premise of rehabilitation, and the conversion of uses and space from a greater flexibility in the residential market and the systems of renting, favouring the use value over the value of exchange; all favouring the resocialisation and ascribing a social value to housing.Downloads
