The object of this paper is to analyze labour conditions of young people. Changes in labour markets generate the time enlargement of the process of integration to labour market. The situation is influenced by labour market transformations but also by other institutions (public policies, family). Globally, the paper quotes the growth of economic insecurity of young jobs. The final part is devoted to analyze the segmentation of young labour markets and the divergent labour path of young people related with gender, social origin, education and nationality. Segmentation forces to realise a more complex production of both theoretical analysis and labour policies.Downloads
