From the end of the 1990s, the housing market has entered a high cycle virtually without precedent in recent history. This cycle has been characterised by a strong increase of the population with a demand for housing, and by a large increase in the rhythm of the construction. Nevertheless house prices have continued to increase significantly, year after year.
