Alicia board and governance for the Metropolitan Area of Mexico

It outlines the basic concepts to understand a different way to manage the Metropolitan Area of Mexico (MCMA). In order to explain the current behavior of the agents involved in the MCMA, the text is based on the concepts of uncertainty, decision making and metropolitan governance, from the framework of the so-called post-normal science. As a practical contribution proposes a management table in which are outlined the ideas that can lead to a change of direction for metropolitan management: the "BOARD OF ALICE".Downloads
