The last decade has been dominated by the acceleration of international immigration flows; this process has produced, in the majority of Spanish cities, an important change in the demographic evolution of their population, recovering in this way residents after a period of decreasing and deconcentration. The aim of this paper is to analyze the main changes on the demographic structure of Metropolitan Barcelona, with special emphasis on the demographic phenomena and mobility. The paper ends analyzing these processes at infra-municipal level for the residents with foreigner nationality.Downloads
