Abstract

We studied the genetic architecture as a tool to humanize public space. Through various perspectives of authors such as Karl Chu Steadman, Zarzar, Jan Gehl, François Ascher, and others. We conclude that in response to the problematic social and urban living in cities today, genetic architecture could be a good strategy for the social, spatial, functional, technological and economic point of view allow proper adaptation and adjustment of the urban environment to the user. This design has genetic principles as self-replication, mutation and self-organization. This gives rise to new materials and new techniques.
