Abstract

The territorial transformations of small towns generated by the impact that produces a cultural event in call mass are the result of processes that transcend the villages and involve the reference regions. In this framework, the research that is behind this text puts focus on the analysis of localities in the center and northwestern Argentina operating as a venue for celebrations, realizing the actors and factors involved and territorial changes that result. The methodology proposed to parallelize several case studies on their similarities and differences. From these edges, on the basis of these accumulated experiences, the study aims to identify the modes of conformation of the cultural landscape contributing to the construction of knowledge about developing these events as intangible heritage.
