Abstract

This article focuses on how in Baja California occurred an urban phenomenon different from the rest of the country, this happens because the territorial concessions of British and American capital in the late nineteenth century and early twentieth century. These capital influenced whit the cities they develop on this territory. We try to study the architecture, defending the hypothesis that now on the urban grid are industrial buildings that contain heritage which could be considered a cultural good to find lines of intervention and opportunities for conservation.
