Abstract

Recreation is an essential for integral human development activity. This, to be conceived as an alternative to the practice of forms of social and cultural quality participation can facilitate processes of social inclusion and cohesion among young people at risk in Latin American contemporary city. Therefore, this research and analyzes that support, emphasize the creation of public spaces for recreation, urban-architectural design which allows resignificar modes of social interaction as well as the promotion of physical, cultural and creative practices. Thus, from the context in which the chances of practicing unlawful conduct, escapist or anomic soar, we must search for alternatives for generating public spaces having as center the young user, taking into account in the process of design, its perception from physical, psychological and social behavior dimension.
