This research analyses the vacation residential and tourist dwelling processes that have driven various modes of coastal occupation. The proposed methodology, the comparison with similar cases, and the use of novel instruments and plans brings up the possibility of finding answers in accordance with the contemporaries premises to prefigure landscapes and sustainable territories.
