The intention was to understand if these spaces could be characterized as urbanity elements of the city through the analysis of these locations behavior in the routine and in the events occurrence. To realize this analysis it was used the method developed by Gabriela Tenorio as a way to know, to observe and to evaluate the main attributes of public space in your sociologic performance with the objective to obtain public life. These spaces evaluation was realized through the individual verification table where just the persons using that space in certain hours were analyzed. As result, it was possible to verify that not all public spaces are well succeed and able to perform the paper that they were designated for and that many of these spaces depended on urban interventions to attract the public life. From this perspective, temporary interventions well succeed brought transformer results, potentiating the spaces as social locus.
