Urbanidade: relações entre as pessoas e as margens de corpos d'água urbanos

Abstract

The banks of water bodies can provide the training and transformation of these areas by the absorption of urbanity concepts and the interfaces with its natural bases. The motivation for this research came to reflect and define the concepts of how urban morphology affects the quality levels in those places that welcome the community life of its inhabitants as a support for a greater urbanity. As study period to present to the banks of the Santo Antônio dos Anjos Lagoon, in Laguna, SC, seeking to verify the attributes of urbanity and the relationship with the spatial configuration. Building a systematic assessment using technical and perception requirements for verification of urbanity performance, may constitute an instrument for urban projects aggregating quality and value on the banks of water bodies. This work presents the methodology and some concepts necessary to develop the assessment of urbanity instrument.
