Abstract

The social imaginary, as soon as network sense linking symbols to representations (Castoriadis, 2013) has grown in interest to study it academically. The urban phenomenon is no stranger to this symbolic production and through the nexus of public domain, spatiality and culture, we see as the use of public space is suffering resignifications, altering the perception and significance with respect to its use. This resignification implies collective agents to go visit places/parks open to the use of type mall enclosed shopping malls. Lynch, mentioned as the architecture and urban design come to create a "symbolic image" or mental representation in individuals and the community, a process of agency result from the interpretation of the spatiality of the urban environment. In the present study, we intend to analyze the connection between communal living factors and topophilics elements (preferences for a site) to select where each user prefers.
