Resumen

Os coletivos urbanos têm ganhado destaque nas discussões a respeito de novas formas de fazer e pensar a cidade no século XXI. Nesse contexto, surge em 2011, em Perus, a Universidade Livre e Colaborativa (ULC), através da articulação entre coletivos de cultura, educação, movimentos sociais e universidade. O artigo objetiva analisar as práticas experimentais de construção colaborativa do conhecimento, através da utilização da consciência do território e de suas potencialidades educativas, conduzidas pela ULC, a fim de compreender o papel de tais práticas na formação cidadã e no exercício do direito à cidade. Realizou-se pesquisa documental, bibliográfica e de campo, com execução de entrevistas e utilização da cartografia como método de investigação da realidade. Através dos resultados parciais, observou-se que a construção colaborativa do saber foi capaz de mobilizar o território a partir de um tema comum e caro aos territórios periféricos: o direito à cidade.

ABSTRACT

Urban collectives have gained prominence in discussions about new ways of making and thinking about the city in the 21st century. In this context, the Universidade Livre e Colaborativa (ULC) emerges in 2011, through the articulation between collectives of culture, education, social movements and university. This article aims to analyze the experimental practices of collaborative construction of knowledge, through the use of the awareness of the territory and its educational potential, conducted by the ULC, in order to understand the role of such practices in the citizen formation and the exercise of the right to the city. Documentary, bibliographic and field research was carried out, with interviews and cartography as a method of investigating reality. Through the partial results, it was observed that the collaborative construction of knowledge was able to mobilize the territory from a common theme and dear to the peripheral territories: the right to the city.
