Abstract

This document is a reflection on the theory of architecture at a time when architecture and urbanism are involved in processes of global market and consumption, is filled with symbols monopolistic formal and structural, whose dynamic generates asymmetries extremes generates asymmetries that result in double poverty-wealth, inclusion-exclusion, aestheticethics. This analysis leads to the realization that architecture, both in historical fact, part of the self in society, and expresses, in both physical sign, the complexity of social contradictions. It is therefore the synthesis of aesthetic-technical, social-historical that is not only a consequence but also because of ideological interpretations.
