Submission Preparation Checklist

As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.
  • El envío no ha sido publicado previamente ni se ha sometido a consideración por ninguna otra revista o congreso (o se ha proporcionado una explicación al respecto en los Comentarios al editor/a).
  • El archivo de envío está en el formato Microsoft Word, definido para el envío por los editores.
  • El texto se adhiere a los requisitos estilísticos y biliográficos resumidos en las Directrices del autor/a, que aparecen en Acerca de la revista.
  • Si se envía a una sección evaluada por pares, deben seguirse las instrucciones en Asegurar una evaluación anónima.

Author Guidelines

Submission of abstracts (download template)

Received abstracts (in Spanish or English) will be subjected to a first evaluation. After its evaluation and, where appropriate, acceptance, final papers should be sent through the same platform, following the format defined in the template, on the dates indicated. These will be reviewed and evaluated for its final acceptance, which implies their inclusion in the CTV digital proceedings, upon payment of the registration of at least one of the authors.

Abstracts must include a maximum of 4 authors, of which, if the final paper is accepted, at least one of them must be registered in the Congress. The provided template will be used, without the data of the authors, in a properly anonymized Word file, following the instructions to ensure an anonymous evaluation. The text must have between 250 and 300 words and must contain: objectives, methodology, data used, development, results, and main conclusions. It must also be circumscribed to any of the thematic lines of the conference.

In OJS data of all authors must be indicated, following the next indications; Names, Surnames, Email, ORCID ID, URL (if available), Institution, Country, Biographical Summary (short). In addition, the contact author for correspondence must be indicated.

The proposal must be uploaded to OJS until April 20, 2020.


Submission of papers (download template)

If both, abstract and full paper are accepted, by the International Scientific Committee, the final revised version must be sent until June 12, 2020, for its inclusion at the Proceedings book.

The full version of the paper should have an extension between 4000 and 5000 words, including bibliographic references. The total extension may not exceed 12 pages, including images if any. The writing will be in sheets A4 size, with Arial type letter 10 pt., 1.15 spacing and top and bottom margins of 3 cm. and right and left margins of 2.5 cm. Only files in Microsoft Word format (*.doc) will be received, which comply with the indicated format and conditions.

Using the template provided, the file will be uploaded, in the record already opened for the submission of the abstracts, with the final paper, including the author’s data.

 

Posters (download template)

The poster will be prepared in portrait format DIN A0 (841 X 1189 mm), following the indications of the template that can be downloaded.

Each author should take care of the printing of the poster on quality paper (minimum 160 grams). The poster must be mounted on a hard surface (eg foamboard or cardboard). No poster-printing or mounting service will be available at the conference venue.
