In metropolitan centers take shape some unique urban realities supported by the high degree of concentration of urban stress. And the capital’s entertainment occurs sometimes in the form of the metropolitan central park, a piece that combine considerable variety of challenges and objectives. Such urban element turns out to be the product of two ways: either it is based on the leadership of an inherited presence, or it is an invention that is anchored on firm steps.
