Galicia´s rural interior presents a rich cultural heritage an economic based on the survival of built parishes included in the biosphere reserve Área de Allariz, of wich fixed structures, parcel and coverage are discussed, introducing issues of plots fragmentation, agricultural system and certain traditional practices. Rural areas within Galicia present a rich cultural and economic heritage based on the survival of a country built over time and in the presence of fertile soil conditions for high quality agriculture. The study raises define which structural elements of the traditional agricultural system are, features built forms associated to it and landscapes, so that from his understanding can be established planning and management tools. The research defines their field of study in the province of Ourense, providing analysis of two parishes included in the reserve Área de Allariz, of which fixed structures in evolution, plot and coverage are discussed, introducing parallels between traditional practices and principles defended today by organic farmingDownloads
