Modelado BIM en el Diseño Residencial: estrategias paramétricas de Arquitectura Digital

El presente estudio analiza la transición pedagógica de técnicas tradicionales hacia una arquitectura digital mediante la implementación de metodología BIM en programas de viviendas sociales en Ecuador. A partir de un levantamiento digital se examina su materialidad aplicando herramientas avanzadas en Revit, ejecutado por estudiantes de pregrado de la asignatura BIM y BIM II, del grado de Diseño de Interiores y Arquitectura; este enfoque permite simular múltiples escenarios sostenibles, realizando una comparación sistemática a través del análisis paramétrico del diseño arquitectónico y constructivo. Las estrategias pedagógicas implementadas fomentan un aprendizaje colaborativo y dinámico, integrando tecnología de simulación avanzada para mejorar la comprensión del diseño. Este trabajo contribuye a la generación de propuestas que maximicen la sustentabilidad y adaptabilidad en el ciclo de vida de los proyectos residenciales, como parte de un Proyecto de Investigación de Fondo Concursable Interno (FCI) de la institución.
