Author Guidelines

The congress is managed through the OJS platform. It is necessary to register in advance to be able to send the proposals and final communications. The Scientific Committee will evaluate the papers through the platform according to a peer and blind evaluation. Only those papers that strictly comply with the guidelines for authors will be taken into account.

The main file to be attached will be that of the template provided without personal data, to guarantee anonymity. As a complementary file, the complete template will be attached, that is, keeping personal data. This procedure is the same for both the proposed communications and the final communications. The announcements can be sent in English. However, the vehicular language of the conference will be Spanish.

TEMPLATE FOR PROPOSALS

TEMPLATE FOR COMUNICATIONS

The submission of the communication proposals (750-800 words) will pass a first evaluation. The acceptance of the proposals will imply their inclusion in the minutes, with ISBN, ISSN, Legal Deposit and DOI. After this first evaluation, full communications should be sent through the platform, according to the template and on the indicated dates.

The Scientific Committee will evaluate the complete communications (3500-4000 words without counting summary, notes and bibliography), and the best evaluated ones will be presented orally during the conference. So that the complete communication can pass the second round of revisions and its oral presentation can be taken into account, the registration of each and every one of the authors of the contribution must have been previously made. The oral presentations must be strictly adjusted to the order and format that will be established in the final program of the conference.

JIDA does not charge fees for sending work, nor fees for the publication of their articles, you just have to satisfy the registration in the days, according to the corresponding modality.

JIDA will consider only those works that have not been previously published, regardless of the format. In this sense, we act with the conviction that the scientific literature can be biased by a redundant publication, with important consequences.

LANGUAGES: Communications proposals will be sent in Spanish, English or Catalan.

All final contributions will be published in Spanish with a summary in English, or entirely in English.
