Abstract

Due to the virulence of the COVID-19 pandemic, we have been forced to hastily modify teaching methodologies, the organisation of resources and competence assessment systems without prior reflection, which has been particularly difficult for graphics subjects in Architecture, because they have drawing as their means of communication. This study has focused on evaluating and analysing the different distance assessment formulas that have been used in graphic design subjects at our university, in order to determine the advantages and disadvantages of each one of them. In this sense, based on surveys on distance assessment mechanisms among students, teachers and service staff, guidelines have been drawn up to improve the design of assessment tasks for graphic subjects in our school.
