The communication relates the experience of a Workshop held at the Patio Herreriano Museum of Spanish Contemporary Art in Valladolid, on the occasion of the celebration of World Architecture Day, in 2019. Through a collaborative practice between teachers, architects, artists and students, a series of temporary installations were executed to accompany an exhibition under the motto "Valladolid Efímera". Participation was open to students and professionals related to the matery and took place outside specifically academic programs. The objective was to exploit the possibilities of an auxiliary element for construction, such as scaffolding, to generate playful spaces, investigating its ability to interact with an existing architecture and highlight its ceremonial character. In the process to carry it out, different learning methodologies have been involved that have shown how ephemeral architecture can be considered an effective pedagogical tool.
