This communication focuses on the exhibition of teaching methodology linked to the architectural experience in the city. It recounts the ephemeral experience of the Blank Night, a design exercise in the third year of the Degree in Fundamentals of Architecture at the E.T.S. Arquitectura de Málaga is proposed from the design to the execution with your own hands. Coexistence between traditional design teaching with practical experience in the city in the form of ephemeral constructions. This highly enriching experience for students and teachers has been taking place since 2009. The introduction of practice in the training process, not as a predefined recipe where the movement of the students is predictable and the results are certain, but as a process where the students generate their own planning, manage all the resources, become responsible for its construction and later he is in charge of presenting it to society.
