Abstract

In the lighting subjects of Architecture, photography is a tool that shows the perceptive result of different lighting proposals. It captures in an image the perception of a space that, in turn, depends on the formal and material aspects of the architecture, the technical and qualitative characteristics of the light used and the sensitivity of the photographer's gaze. From the same space we obtain infinite images with different qualities depending on the light, a great variety of systematizable effects that allow to relate the light proposals with their perceptive results in an understandable and unequivocal way. As a complementary activity to the classes, we propose a photo competition at an international level, where artificial light is the main character, with the intention of making the observation of light a habit of the student. Which gives us the possibility of sharing experiences, looks and feelings that the light awakens with other countries.
