Abstract

The subject "Architecture and sustainability" is developed in a quarter for the students of the last year of the degree of Architecture. The course addresses complex situations and complex issues, to which students respond by producing, first, personal responses expressed graphically, then develop a collective thinking based on debates and critical judgment. Indicate the actions and techniques of regeneration processes. The teaching objectives focus on the participation of all students in the production of a common project: "The publication of the Architecture and Sustainability Worksheets". The publication is a synthesis of the proposals of the course, evaluated in a journalistic way. A "writing board" made up of students selects and synthesizes these sustainability projects with the contributions of all the students, as actors of processes of intermediation and participation.
