Taller de proyectos II: learning by doing through experience space

Abstract

The desgin studio II course adopts the method of learning by doing throughout all its exercises, designing didactic strategies with specific objectives that allow the student to experiment while learning through different procedures. The space is studied from its sensory and atmospheric dimension, as the space of life actually is, and the drawing and section model, as the single vanishing point perspective is assumed as the main representation source. The course, not only develops its theoretical contents as spatial composition, but also provides a box of project tools so that the student begins to develop their own way of thinking about space and later, the architectural project.
