Abstract

Losing the fear to draw by hand and to show it in public has become a necessity, due to digital immediacy, to protocolization of studies and to liquid society. Manual and computerized drawing are not opposites, but complementary. This is the last course on Representation in the School of Architecture of Valles, therefore, it is the last time that students can err without worrying to be wrong, to be self-critical. Applying a responsive pedagogy, which starts from the comfort zone towards the experimental, encourages the students to take a position regarding this uncomfortable reality. By chance, confinement favoured the necessary conditions to transform fear into force.
