Until 14 July 2025 Reduced registration fee 160 €
Until 17 September 2025 Standard registration fee 200 €
Until 17 September 2025 Student author registration (Bachelor and Qualifying Master): 60 €
Until 30 October 2025 Standard listeners fee 110 €
* Registration fees include 10% VAT.
* Payment must be made by bank transfer, the costs must be paid by the person making the deposit.
* Payments made from outside Spain must add €5 for bank charges.
* Each author can register individually, or they can manage and pay jointly.
The registration form must be completed and signed and sent together with proof of payment to congreso.jida@upc.edu.
If you wish to request an invoice, this must be indicated at the time of payment and the corresponding form must be attached. It is not possible to change the details of the invoice once it has been issued. You must decide beforehand whether you wish to request an invoice for yourself or for the university.
Conditions
If your paper has been accepted and has more than one author (maximum 4), all the authors must have to register to be included in the registration proceedings.
For complete articles to pass to the second phase of the assessment and be considered for oral presentation, registration of all the authors must have been made.
* The registration gives the opportunity to submit to the author/s two communications at most.
* There is a maximum of 4 authors per communication; all of them must be registered in the case of being selected.
* Faculty teachers of the host university: reduced fee.
* UPC faculty who wish to pay with UPC funds should contact the conference management (congreso.jida@upc.edu) prior to registration and payment. You will need to communicate with which funds your registration should be paid: departmental unit funds (with authorization from the management), faculty research funds, or personal payment (invoice in your name).
* UPC faculty who do not wish to pay with UPC's own funds must register through the registration form.
* The registration form and invoice contain information for compliance with the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data.
* All proceeds are intended for expenses arising from the congress, its dissemination and editing. Neither the management nor the organizing committee receive any payment.

Certification
After the congress, a link to the relevant certificates for the different categories will be sent via e-mail. The different types of certificates are:
- Attendance (with face-to-face validation to a minimum of 3 blocks)
- Authorship: specifying the papers published in the proceedings, and the papers published in the proceedings and presented orally (the title and name of all the authors will be included)
- Committees: scientific, organizer, collaborator
- Moderation of debates
The certificate of attendance of authors and listeners will be sent to all persons who have registered in the place provided for this purpose, have registered and have paid the congress fee.
Conditions
Depending on health conditions, the possibility of holding the conference in virtual format will be considered.
