This teaching experience is focused on professionals who will be in charge of One-Stop-Shops for urban retrofitting and regeneration. This course was promoted and financed by the regional government and designed and developed by the university, jointly with agents from different levels and areas of education: the Regional Government, the Regional Employment Training Services, a Vocational Training Center, the coordinators of running One-Stop-Shops and architecture professionals and technical staff from private companies. The contents are oriented to training for 3 specific professional profiles: architecture, administration and accounting and citizen participation and community mediation. The challenge at the teaching level has consisted of achieving a teaching approach very close to professionalization, which, in addition, has as a difficulty the multidimensionality of its contents and the multidisciplinary nature of the students.
