Architectural Analysis: an inmersion in the first design course

The Architectonic Analysis course was the starting point from where it was implanted, in its beginnings (course 1997-1998), the pedagogical line of the studies of the School of Architecture at La Salle-Ramon-Llull University, in Barcelona, and remains the first encounter of the Student with architecture, through the discipline of the design studio. The architects Josep Llinàs and José Antonio Martínez Lapeña, first responsibles for the subject, laid the foundations and raised the training from their personal experience as teachers and professionals. The student performs a practical immersion in architecture: a total experience in which he-she is exposed from the first day to the experience of architecture and its construction, through the analysis of existing buildings and interventions, its representation and modification.
