Projects 1: Project strategies and furniture design for Solar Decathlon competition

The use of design/built methodology, in the years of education in architectural projects, stimulates the students and brings them closer to real objects and their spatial desings. Incorporating internal exhibition and selection systems allows them to increase their proficiency skills and rehearse closer real professional life. The experience we present now allows us to connect our educational project with Solar Decathlon 2019 –one of the world's leading competitions on sustainable housing prototypes– closing a methodological circle where the competition and the design/built methodology become a frame, object, procces and target of learning. Competition like learning method, the construction like contest target.
